Step 2: Go to www.disneyplus.com.
Step 3: Log in using your credentials.
Step 4: Select the primary holder’s profile. It will be the first on the left.
Step 5: On the upper right corner, you’ll see a button to access your profile details. Click on Account.
Step 6: Once you access your details, you will see your Billing Plan. Click on Billing Details.
Step 7: Once you open your Billing details, you will see Cancel Subscription. Click on that.
Step 8: You can confirm it by clicking Complete Cancellation.

NOTE: You may have signed up for Disney plus using a bundle or another third-party app. In this case, you cannot cancel your subscription directly on the Disney Plus website. To do so, follow the above steps until Step 5. Once you go to your Account, you will see your subscription plan.
